Body After baby challenge week 5

Wow has it been a week already? I can't believe that. So this past week I have been sick 2 days so far. I have a horrible head cold. I exercised two days this week and I haven't been really eating good. It is almost that time of the month so I am super hungry this week. It happens every month.
This week I am at 207. I think that is down 2 pounds from last week. Not quite sure. My memory is horrible.

So Samantha over at Mamanotes is hosting this body after baby challenge and is also doing new 30 day challenges along with it. Check her out here

I will follow along with some of the 30 day challenges, but I might change some things up as I don't want to buy a lot of workout stuff that might not get used more than once or twice. This 30 day challenge is to do the Jillian Michaels The Shred it DVD. I will not do that particular DVD because I don't have it, but I do have a Biggest Loser workout that I will do. I am going to skip out on it today as I feel super sick, but hope to pick it up tomorrow. Also I will make a goal for myself to write down everything I eat so that I know how much I really am eating. Maybe it will also deter me from eating the bite of this and piece of that that I do here and there throughout the day. Do I really want to write down that I ate a piece of a cookie?

  1. It is so hard to work out when sick! What keeps me not working out is either I'm sick or one of my 3 kiddos is sick (and therefore keep me up at night), or my hubby is sick, and I am busy picking up the slack while he recovers. We can do this, though! I, too, and doing other workouts for my challenge. Have fun!

  2. It is super hard to work out when you're sick... get better, then you can get back on track :)
